They say that we eat to live, but its a different story when it comes to the way I live my life. I definitely live to eat and food is a passion of mine. Hi Guys, my name is Paula and I am a food fanatic with a very keen interest in 'food photography'. I'm based in London and work in Broadcast Television. Before you read on, please note that I am not a professional food critic nor am I a professional photographer - I do this as a hobby.
Food has always been a big part of my life, especially coming from a Chinese family and having a very large extended family. I can never get away from the delicious aroma of my ma's cooking - she does a mean bowl of Pho. I love exploring all different types of cuisines and getting an understanding of cultural foods. Having a partner who is also a foodie (he's the cook, I'm the eater!), makes it so much easier to go out and explore the culinary world.
Michel Roux Jr and Raymond Blanc are my two culinary heros and I am a huge fan of Master Chef.
So remember guys, when it doubt.... eat cake!
